1) Scope and Applicability

These Warranty Terms apply to the sale and service of FAIRINO brand products (collaborative robots and selected accessories) provided by FAIRINO Europe s.r.o. within Europe. Our customers include:

  • End-Clients (End users)
  • Partners (System/Software Integrators and Resellers/Distributors)

2) Warranty Period and Storage

  • Standard Warranty: 24 months from the date of handover to the first carrier (EXW).
  • Reduced Warranty (Optional): 12 months (offered for specific cost-saving projects).
  • Extended Warranty: Up to 36 months (requires prior approval and a paid fee).
  • Storage Extension: If a cobot is stored in its original packaging, the warranty start can be deferred by up to 6 months (max total 30 months from shipment).

3) What the Warranty Covers

The warranty covers manufacturing defects, material defects, and functional failures under normal use.

  • Hardware: Cobot arms, controllers, and original accessories.
  • Software/Firmware: Updates provided by the manufacturer (FAIR Innovation). For FAIRINO Europe custom software, warranty applies according to specific SLA/EULA.

4) Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not apply to:

  • Consumable parts (unless defective upon delivery).
  • Damage caused by improper installation, unauthorized modifications, or "reverse engineering."
  • Use in environments not meeting IP ratings or temperature specifications.
  • Damage from accidents, floods, fire, or "Force Majeure."
  • Use of non-original spare parts or third-party grippers causing overload.

5) Claim Process (RMA)

  1. Report: Use the Support Portal (https://fairino.support) or email contactus@fairino.sale.
  2. Evaluation: Our team provides remote diagnostics.
  3. RMA Number: If physical repair is needed, an RMA number is issued.
  4. Shipping: The customer pays for shipping to our service center. If the claim is justified, FAIRINO Europe pays for shipping back to the customer.

6) Repair and Replacement

FAIRINO Europe decides whether to repair or replace the product. Repaired parts carry a warranty of 6 months or the remainder of the original warranty, whichever is longer.

7) Loaner Program (Optional)

During a repair, a "loaner cobot" may be provided as a paid service for up to 60 days (subject to availability). We recommend purchasing this service at the time of the initial cobot order.

8) Limitation of Liability

FAIRINO Europe is not liable for indirect damages, loss of production, loss of data, or lost profits. Total liability is capped at the purchase price of the specific product.

9) FAQ - Quick Answers

  • Is the warranty always 24 months? Yes, by default. It can be 12 months for lower cost or up to 36 months upon approval.
  • Who should I contact? If purchased through a Partner, contact them. If purchased directly, use our Support Portal.
  • Who pays for shipping? Customer pays to us; we pay back for approved claims.
  • What about software? Manufacturer provides updates; we facilitate access.

10) Final Provisions

These terms are interpreted according to Czech law. In case of discrepancies, the Czech version prevails. Effective from 15 October 2025.
