This Privacy Policy explains how FAIRINO Europe s.r.o. ("FAIRINO Europe", "we") collects, uses, and protects personal data in connection with our business, service, and support activities, including: * sales and distribution of FAIRINO products, * provision of technical support (Online Technical Support), * warranty and RMA handling, * programs such as "Buy & Try."

2) Data We Process

We process only the data necessary to fulfil contractual and legal obligations: * identification and contact data (name, company name, ID, VAT ID, address, e-mail, phone), * data on purchased products, serial numbers, and warranty/RMA cases, * technical support data (communication, ticket ID, service records), * data submitted through our Support Portal, e-mail, or WhatsApp. We do not use personal data for marketing without your explicit consent.

Personal data is retained for the duration of the contractual relationship and subsequently for the period required to comply with legal obligations (e.g. accounting records = 10 years). Technical support and warranty data are kept for up to 5 years after case closure.

All communication (e-mail, chat, WhatsApp, etc.) is treated as confidential. If you receive a message not intended for you, you must delete it immediately and notify the sender.
