Buy & Try Program

1) Purpose of the Program

The Buy & Try program offers customers the opportunity to test a FAIRINO collaborative robot (e.g., FR3, FR5, FR10) in their own operations through a standard purchase with a voluntary right of return within 6 weeks (42 calendar days). The goal is to allow verification of FAIRINO technology in real conditions and to support fair and transparent business relationships.

2) Eligibility

The program is intended for end customers, resellers, distributors, and system or software integrators within the European Union and partner countries. Participation of customers from other regions is possible after individual assessment and approval by FAIRINO Europe s.r.o. regarding logistics, customs, and return conditions. The Buyer must state the intention to participate in the "Buy & Try" program when ordering.

3) Purchase and Payment Process

The Buyer orders the robot and pays 100% of the price based on a proforma invoice.
The "Buy & Try" period begins on the day the goods are handed over to the first carrier (EXW Olomouc).
The period lasts exactly 42 calendar days.

4) Conditions for Returning Goods

If the Buyer decides not to keep the robot, they must notify FAIRINO Europe s.r.o. in writing (by email) no later than the 42nd day of the period.

The return is subject to the following conditions:

Condition of Goods: The robot and accessories must be returned in the original packaging, undamaged, fully functional, and showing no signs of excessive wear (except for common testing).
Completeness: All components, cables, documentation, and tools must be returned.
Logistics: The Buyer organizes and pays for the transport back to the warehouse of FAIRINO Europe s.r.o. in the Czech Republic. The Buyer bears the risk of damage during return transport.
Verification: After receiving the goods, FAIRINO Europe will perform a technical inspection within 10 business days.

5) Refund Policy

If the goods are returned in perfect condition and within the deadline, FAIRINO Europe will refund the full purchase price of the goods to the Buyer's account within 14 days of inspection.
Shipping costs, customs duties, and bank fees are not refunded.
If the goods are damaged or incomplete, FAIRINO Europe s.r.o. reserves the right to reduce the refunded amount by the costs of repair or replenishment of components.

6) Restrictions During the Testing Period

During the 42-day "Buy & Try" period, the goods remain the property of FAIRINO Europe s.r.o. until the right of return expires. During this period, the goods may not be:

resold, rented, or otherwise transferred to third parties;
integrated into any system or solution for sale or lease;
used for paid services, rentals, or training of third parties.

After the 6-week period, the Buyer may freely use or dispose of the goods. FAIRINO Europe recommends keeping the product, as it remains internally registered to the original Buyer.

7) Legal Nature

This program does not constitute consumer withdrawal under Section 1829 of the Czech Civil Code, but a contractual right of return under Sections 2001 et seq., voluntarily granted by FAIRINO Europe s.r.o. within a business relationship. Where not expressly stated herein, the current Terms & Conditions (T&C) of FAIRINO Europe s.r.o. shall apply.

8) Final Provisions

By participating in the program and paying the proforma invoice, the Buyer confirms having read and accepted these terms as well as the current Terms & Conditions, Warranty Terms, and Online Technical Support Terms available at https://fairino.info/?page_id=961.
The relationship is governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes shall be settled amicably or before the competent court in the Czech Republic.
