The DC Controller 5 kW is a powerful industrial controller designed for FR20 and FR30 robots. It operates at 30–60 VDC and delivers up to 48 VDC / 104 A max output, ensuring stable and reliable performance. The unit features IP54 protection and supports operation from 0 to 45 °C. It includes 16 digital inputs and 16 digital outputs, 2 analog inputs and 2 analog outputs, and 2 high-speed pulse inputs. Standard communication includes TCP/IP and Modbus TCP/RTU, with optional support for Profinet, Ethernet/IP, EtherCAT, and CC-Link IE Field Basic. Compact and durable, the controller measures 245 × 180 × 89 mm, weighs 2.957 kg, and supports integration via SDK for C#, C++, Python, ROS, and ROS2.
