The AC MINI Controller 2 kW is a compact and reliable industrial controller powered by 100–240 VAC (single-phase, 50–60 Hz) with a maximum output of 48 VDC / 42 A. Designed for stable operation, it features IP54 protection and operates in temperatures from 0 to 45 °C with up to 90% non-condensing humidity. The controller provides 16 digital inputs and 16 digital outputs, 2 analog inputs and 2 analog outputs, and 2 high-speed pulse inputs. Standard communication includes TCP/IP and Modbus TCP/RTU, with optional support for Profinet, Ethernet/IP, EtherCAT, and CC-Link IE Field Basic. Built from durable galvanized plate, the unit also supports integration via SDK for C#, C++, Python, ROS, and ROS2, making it suitable for a wide range of industrial automation applications.
