The AC Controller 5 kW is a high-performance industrial controller designed for FR20 and FR30 robots. It operates on 100–240 VAC (single-phase, 50–60 Hz, 16 A) and delivers up to 48 VDC / 104 A max output, ensuring powerful and stable operation. With IP54 protection, it is suitable for environments from 0 to 45 °C and up to 90% non-condensing humidity. The controller features 16 digital inputs and 16 digital outputs, 2 analog inputs and 2 analog outputs, and 2 high-speed pulse inputs. Standard communication includes TCP/IP and Modbus TCP/RTU, with optional support for Profinet, Ethernet/IP, EtherCAT, and CC-Link IE Field Basic. Built from durable galvanized plate, it also offers SDK support for C#, C++, Python, ROS, and ROS2, enabling seamless integration into advanced automation systems.
