What is the lifespan of a cobot, how many hours until servicing is required, what is the recommended maintenance schedule, and is there a list of suggested spare parts?

Based on actual usage by current customers, the FR robot has a lifespan of 20,000 hours. Our robots are maintenance-free. All robot joints have a modular design, so if any part inside the robot breaks, you only need to replace the module, making it more convenient. We are currently preparing training documents for distributors and can send them to you once they are ready.

What maintenance do the robots require during operation?

They do not require any maintenance.

Warranty

A one-year warranty is provided: if the robot experiences quality issues, free replacement parts for repair and exchange will be supplied. After the warranty period expires, parts must be purchased. Alternatively, the agent can store defective robots at their own company and later return them in bulk by sea to the factory for repair.

We can provide remote technical support, but local after-sales support is limited to mainland China.
